What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, website and the details of your request.
- Data from client work: while working on your systems we may see code, configuration and data. We use it only for the job you hired us for.
- Hosting logs: our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. The version checker on the homepage runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.
How we use it
To reply to you, send quotes and invoices, do the work you hire us for, and meet legal and tax obligations. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the business: our email provider (Google), WhatsApp (Meta) if you contact us there, our bank and payment providers for invoices, and Cloudflare for website hosting.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become a job: up to 12 months. Client records and invoices: as long as tax law requires. Copies of client code: deleted within 30 days of the job ending, unless you're on an ongoing plan.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing us. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
